Ed Scammell - North End Harbour
|
North End Harbour print was taken in 2000 during late afternoon. The stages and stores have the traditional red ochre colors. The red ochre used on the stages and stores was a mixture of cod liver oil and the red ochre powder (hematite). The substance would take days to dry and the odor was quite strong but it was a great preservative. Photograph by Change Islands resident Ed Scammell. Mat and frame not included.
