Red Lobster

Lobsters are marine, bottom-dwelling creatures with compound eyes, long antennae, and powerful pincers. Lobster meat is prized as a delicacy and the largest lobsters are found along the coasts of Atlantic Canada. Lobsters are greenish or dark gray in color when alive, but turn bright red when boiled. Each lobster is individually hand-crafted and may differ slightly from the photograph shown.
