Northern Cardinal
|
A North American songbird related to the finch having a pointed crest on the head and a heavy reddish bill. Cardinals are plentiful in Central Canada and are found as far east as Canada's Atlantic region. The eye of this fused glass piece is created using vivid dichroic glass so it glitters even at night. Each northern cardinal is individually hand-crafted and may differ slightly from the photograph shown.
